Who Can Submit?
First-time creators are encouraged to submit! South Carolina college students, high school-aged students or lifelong learners, you are welcome to submit.
Only the screenwriter, director, and/or writer-director can submit their project to the gallery. Short films must feature a majority Carolina-based cast and crew, or a majority of Carolina students.
